Once we receive your design questionnaire, we will send you a contract for your signature and an invoice for your selected design package. Once we receive payment and a signed contract we get to work. We will review your design questionnaire and then schedule our virtual consultation if it is included in your package. After that initial consultation, we will spend 2-4 weeks (depending on the design package) to prepare your design. We will then email you your design or schedule a follow up call to review your design (depending on the design package you choose). You will have the opportunity either accept the design as is or provide us with comments to make one revision. Additional revisions can be purchased if desired.

Unfortunately we do not provide refunds. While it is important to us that you love what we create with you, it is also important for our clients to appreciate that we are a small business that works hard to fulfill design requests, so we cannot give away work for free. If you are unhappy with your design, we offer one revision free of charge. Our goal is to make you happy and help your family get the rest you need through good design.

While we can't guarantee good, or improved sleep, we can tell you that we utilize evidence based design strategies in all of our work. That means, we implement design strategies that have been shown to improve sleep.

Currently, all our work is conducted virtually. This allows us to work with clients from various locations and provide flexible scheduling options.

While we provide detailed product recommendations, and some packages include a clickable shopping list of the exact products used in your design, we do not handle the purchasing or sourcing of products. Our goal is to equip you with the information you need to make informed decisions.

The timeline varies depending on the package you choose and the complexity of your project. Typically, you can expect to receive your design deliverables within 2-4 weeks after the initial consultation. After your initial consultant, we will provide you with a completion date.
